NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />c. continued.... <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded by <br />Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission adopted Resolution No. 1490 <br />determining to pay certain expenses incurred <br />for local public improvements in or serving <br />the Airport Economic Development Area <br />Allocation Area No. 1 from the Airport <br />Economic Development Area Allocation <br />Area No. 1 Special Fund. <br />d. Staff report on disposition of property in <br />the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />(Memorial Southeast Urban Care Center) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that she received a letter <br />from Bruce Bancroft at Barnes & Thornburg. <br />The letter revised the proposal that was <br />recently submitted for this property. The <br />proposed project is to be a 16,000 sf., single - <br />story building. <br />She noted that the letter offered $32,322 for <br />the property, and outlined items that <br />Memorial needs to move forward with the <br />project.
