It's the staff recommendation that <br />the Proposal and Addendum be approved <br />and that they ask Panzica to provide the staff <br />with a computer disk of the maps. She <br />noted the reference to interest payments <br />needs to be crossed out because the <br />Commission doesn't pay interest payments; <br />and we also need to make the invoices due <br />and payable in 30 days. <br />Carter Wolf stated that requesting the disk is <br />an appropriate idea, but there was no <br />conversation with Panzica regarding this. He <br />was not sure Panzica would view that as an <br />intellectual property and that he would <br />recommend asking for the disk, but not <br />making it a requirement. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Proposal and <br />Addendum, as revised, from Panzica <br />Architects for professional services in the <br />South Bend Central Development Area. <br />g. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection with <br />the Rental Rehab Loan Program for <br />property located at 901, 905 and 909 <br />Lincolnway West.
