NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />e. continued.... <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded by <br />Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Contract <br />Amendment #5 from the Troyer Group for <br />professional services in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />f. Commission approval requested for <br />Proposal and Addendum from Panzica <br />Architects for professional services in the <br />South Bend Central Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this Proposal would <br />provide various Cad drawings of the <br />downtown area, basically sixteen updated <br />plans for the staff use. The staff would <br />examine things such as building use, building <br />occupancy and zoning, traffic circulation, <br />parking and building coverage, and a couple <br />of yet undefined graphic analyses. <br />She noted that the Addendum to the <br />Proposal breaks it into three phases, and <br />requires Redevelopment staff authorization <br />to go from the first phase to the second, and <br />the second phase to the third. She noted that <br />Carter Wolf and Amy Tweeten will be <br />working with Panzica on this project. The <br />intent is to put the Vision 2010 Planning <br />report into a more graphic, easily understood <br />format. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that Panzica already <br />has the downtown on its Cad system and will <br />be updating parts of the Cad system, and <br />putting all the buildings on as well. <br />H:\ HOME \CPHMPS \WPDATA \COMMSN\011797.
