NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />g. continued.... <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded by <br />Mrs. Schwartz and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Certificate of <br />Waiver in connection with the Rental Rehab <br />Loan Program for property located at 901, <br />905 and 909 Lincolnway West. (Housing <br />Development Corporation) <br />h. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Completion for Dennis <br />Reiner for property located at 224 W. <br />Garst Street. (Midwest Machine <br />Products, Inc.) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that Dennis Reiner has <br />APN completed his project and building. The staff <br />recommends approving the Certificate of <br />Completion. <br />Upon a motion by Mrs. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Certificate of <br />Completion for Dennis Reiner for property <br />located at 224 W. Garst Street. (Midwest <br />Machine Products, Inc.) <br />8. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that on Wednesday, January <br />15, 1997 two outstanding bond issues were <br />refinanced. The Studebaker Corridor bonds <br />were refinanced with savings totaling <br />approximately $218,000. The Tax Exempt <br />Airport Bond Issue was refinanced with savings <br />slightly under a $138,000.
