<br />does .,not understand what his: -16 acres has -to do with- the Landmark house and..
<br />how it would be, advantageous,to him'to remain under Landmark designation..- Mr.'

<br />do not have to install a very -expensive septic system. :Mr. Harman asked that
<br />even though this relitionship.would not benefit either -side his property would
<br />still remain under the .Commission '=s..jurisdiction. and that in'two. years, if he
