3. Roof top mechanical units painted black, will be installed at new stagehouse and on the Palais <br />Royale. Units on the low roof of the stagehouse will be screened by lightweight horizontal <br />ribbed metal units. Units located on Palais Royale will not be screened due to placement which <br />allows for a 45 -degree visual cut-off.
