She stated that Lang, Feeney <br />and Associates, Inc. has submitted a <br />proposal in the amount of $1,950.00, with <br />the work to be completed in <br />approximately two weeks, depending <br />upon the weather. The staff recommends <br />approving the proposal for professional <br />services. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by <br />Mr. Hojnacki and unanimously carried, COMMISSION APPROVED THE PROPOSAL FROM <br />the Commission approved the proposal LANG FEENEY AND ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR <br />from Lang Feeney and Associates, Inc. for PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN THE SOUTH BEND <br />CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />Professional Services in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area. <br />n. Commission approval requested for <br />Addendum to Real Estate Lease <br />between the Commission and Design <br />Packaging, Inc. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the Commission <br />now owns the building on Niles Avenue <br />previously owned by Design Packaging, <br />Inc. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that Design Packaging, <br />Inc. has some equipment and cardboard <br />that remains in the plant. She stated that <br />Design Packaging, Inc. doesn't expect to <br />have the plant vacated until the end of <br />June. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that Redevelopment <br />had a lease agreement with Design <br />Packaging, Inc. that allowed them to <br />H:\HOIvE\CPMPPS\WPDATANCON4MSN\120696.WN -15- <br />
