NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />k. continued.... <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $850.00 as of May 15, <br />1996. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by <br />Mr. Hojnacki and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Certificate <br />of Waiver in connection with the Rental <br />Rehab Loan Program for property located <br />at 1139 Huey. (Barry Adams & Kevin <br />Deal) <br />1. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Completion for Charles <br />S. Hayes, Inc. in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that Charles Hayes has <br />completed his project on the property at <br />the corner of Franklin and Garst. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, <br />seconded by Mr. Hunt and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved the <br />Certificate of Completion for Charles S. <br />Hayes, Inc. in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />m. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal from Lang Feeney and <br />Associates, Inc. for professional <br />services in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this proposal is <br />associated with the Trammell Crow and <br />Memorial project.
