Approval of Minutes - Commissioner Choitz moved for approval of the January <br />16. February 27. and March 7. 1995 minutes. Commissioner Petrass seconded the <br />motion. President Oxian noted the February 27th meeting was not a official <br />meeting, but rather a Committee meeting due to a lack of a quorum. The vote <br />was unanimous in favor. <br />B.
