Yarbrough. Yarbrough was employed as a <br />music instructor at the Cemenhart company and Witmer studio. By the <br />late 1960s William and Geneva Evans were owners of the property. <br />William Evans was employed at the South Bend Public Transportation. <br />On July 6, 1972 the property was transferred to Donald E. and Clara <br />R. Brennan. From 1973 on Donald E.
