NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />a. continued.... <br />local public improvements in that area. <br />Ms. Auburn opened the public hearing for <br />anyone who wished to speak on the <br />proposed appropriation. There was no <br />one who wanted to speak. Ms. Auburn <br />closed the public hearing for whatever <br />action the Commission wished to take. <br />b. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1472. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />adopted Resolution No. 1472, a <br />supplemental appropriation resolution of <br />the City of South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission. (South Bend Central <br />Development Area) <br />c. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Completion for M & K <br />Associates for property located in the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that M & K Associates <br />owns the property that is occupied by <br />Hydronics and System Equipment, which <br />has constructed a new building at the <br />corner of Main and Garst Street. Their <br />project is complete. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Certificate <br />of Completion for M & K Associates for <br />-5- <br />COMMISSION ADOPTED RESOLUTION NO. 1472, A <br />SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT <br />COMMISSION (SOUTH BEND CENTRAL <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA) <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE CERTIFICATE OF <br />COMPLETION FOR M & K ASSOCIATES FOR <br />PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SAMPLE -EWING <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />
