OLD BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />a. continued.... <br />approving the assignment of contract. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the assignment of contract <br />related to operation of Blackthorn Golf <br />Course. <br />Mrs. Kolata asked permission to add two <br />items to the agenda. There were no <br />objections and items 6.1. and 6.m. were added <br />to the agenda. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Public Hearing on Resolution No. 1472, <br />a supplemental appropriation <br />resolution of the City of South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. (South <br />Bend Central Development Area) <br />Mrs. Kolata asked that the Proofs of <br />Publication that the Notices of Public <br />Hearing were published in the Tri- County <br />News and South Bend Tribune on <br />October 18, 1996 be entered into the <br />record. <br />There were no objections and the items <br />were entered into the record. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this resolution <br />appropriates $100,000 from the South <br />Bend Central Development Area for <br />c -4- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE ASSIGNMENT OF <br />CONTRACT RELATED TO OPERATION OF <br />BLACKTHORN GOLF COURSE <br />ITEMS 61. AND 6.M. WERE ADDED TO THE <br />AGENDA <br />
