Ms. Hostetler seconded the motion. <br />No further discussion. <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />6. 644 East Monroe -- Edgewater Place LHD <br />Mr. Holycross read the staff report concerning the proposal: the installation of a wood picket <br />fence from the southeast corner of house east to sidewalk, then southeast along sidewalk to edge of <br />property; a matching gate will be located at northwest edge of the section running along Edgewater <br />Drive. Fence will be thirty-six inches (36") in height and will match the existing fence in style, <br />materials and color. <br />Staff recommended that the HPC approve the proposal as submitted; the proposal meets district <br />requirements and is appropriate in size, scale and materials. <br />Mrs. Sporleder asked about the location of the fence relative to the street and about zoning. Mr. <br />Holycross replied that it ran along the sidewalk and was within city code. <br />Mrs. Choitz moved to approve the COA as submitted. Mrs.. Sporleder seconded the motion. <br />No further discussion. <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />Mrs. Sporleder asked whether the owners had chosen a color; Mr. Holycross replied that they intended <br />to paint the fence white. <br />IV. Regular Business <br />A. Approval of Minutes -- April, 1993. <br />Mr. Holycross asked that the April minutes be approved as submitted. <br />Mr. Oxian asked for several changes on page eight; he asked that language about historic district <br />implementation procedures be included; Mr. Holycross replied that he would include that language. <br />Mrs. Sporleder moved to approve the April, 1993 minutes as corrected. Mrs. Choitz seconded the <br />motion. <br />No discussion. <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />B. Treasurer's Report <br />Mr. Holycross asked that the April Treasurer's Report be approved as submitted. <br />Mrs. Sporleder moved that the April, 1993 Treasurer's Report be approved as submitted.
