Mr. Oxian <br />said the motion should specify metal halide <br />bulbs. <br />Mrs. Sporleder moved to approve the proposal. <br />stipulating metal halide bulbs. Mr. Welsheimer <br />seconded the motion. Approved unanimously. <br />7. 1323 E. Wayne Street --Local Historic District <br />Mr. Pastor described the house as a c. 1963 <br />ranch -style house, rated noncontributing. <br />Although the owner, Mr. Bamber, had originally <br />submitted a 3 -part proposal, he now was seeking <br />approval for only one alteration. This was to <br />rebuild a wood pool shed at the rear east side of <br />the house in brick, and to extend it up to the <br />house's AC units. <br />Mr. Oxian expressed the concern that, with or <br />without Commission approval, Mr. Bamber might <br />need a variance from the Building Department <br />before he could proceed with the project. Mrs. <br />Sporleder said the owner should be warned of this' <br />possibility. <br />Mr. Eide moved to approve the proposal. Mrs. <br />Choitz seconded the motion, noting that the <br />approval was for one part of the original <br />proposal only. Approved unanimously. <br />Mr. Oxian instructed the staff to warn Mr. <br />Bamber of possible complications from the <br />Building Department when he picked up his COA. <br />IV. Regular Business <br />A. Approval of Minutes --April, 1992 <br />Mrs. Sporleder moved to approve the minutes. as <br />submitted. Mr. Herendeen seconded the motion. <br />Approved unanimously. <br />B. Treasurer's Report <br />Mrs. Sporleder moved to approve the treasurer's <br />report as submitted; Mr. Welsheimer seconded the <br />motion. Approved unanimously. <br />C. Wayne--LHD <br />Mr. Pastor reported that an existing back <br />fence had been approved for replacement. <br />b. 1077 Riverside--LHD <br />Mr. Pastor reported the installation <br />of an AC unit along the west facade. <br />It was not visible from the street. <br />Mr. Pastor distributed staff reports for both <br />items.
