L�zi i�ti in the � �L �i4� 1 ? rive L - oca3 3- Hi=s Di-st�ict � _ - SEt -i-n <br />a row of houses of similar volume facing a scenic overview of the <br />St. Joseph River, the first residents of this c. 1909 vernacular, <br />Queen Anne style home were Clinton and Clara Huffman; Clinton was <br />• school teacher at Mishawaka High School. <br />The property is one of the few with a driveway and access to <br />• garage from Riverside Drive (most properties either are without <br />• garage or have a garage accessed from a rear alley). <br />PROPOSED CHANGE <br />Install approximately 9' high pole, backboard, and basketball <br />hoop (12' high total).
