-.2. Budget & Finance <br />a. Staff Payroll <br />Mrs. Dixon stated that she feels <br />the Survey Manager and the Secretary <br />should be on the County/City Payroll. <br />She has requested the Personnel <br />Committee to speak with the County <br />about hiring. John Oxian stated <br />the Committee would meet this month. <br />b. State Review Board Meeting - 4/17/91 <br />Mrs. Dixon reported the State did <br />fund the survey grant in the amount <br />of $26,600.00 but did not fund the <br />CLG grant which will be discussed <br />at the Personnel Meeting. Lori <br />would like to request an appropriation <br />of additional funds from the County <br />until reimbursements are received <br />from the government. The monies will <br />be refunded to the county in full <br />upon claiming the grant funds. <br />Mrs. Dennen motioned 'for approval, <br />Mr. Welsheimer seconded; motion <br />approved. <br />2 JC. Enforcement <br />1. 805 Arch Ave. <br />Mr. Oxian mailed correspondence to <br />the address. The owner replaced <br />the gravel driveway with a "beautiful" <br />new concrete driveway. An addendum <br />was included to be discussed at the <br />next C. of A. Meeting. A letter of <br />violation is also being sent to the <br />above address. cc: Aladeari DeRose <br />and the Building Department. <br />2. 302 Sunnyside <br />Correspondence was mailed to Dr. <br />Gergesha. He in -turn called and <br />requested a C. of A. application <br />for an "in-kind" replacement of <br />steps. Mr. Oxian suggested a phone <br />call followed by a letter. <br />d. Maintenance Standards <br />1. 1248 L.W., <br />Mr. Pastor attended a Dept. of <br />Code Enforcement Hearing and prior <br />to the Hearing mailed the owner <br />correspondence in support of Code <br />Enforcement's actions. The owner <br />has not responded. Code Enforcement <br />has filed a Civil Forfeiture Action <br />against the owner. <br />2. Second County Courthouse <br />
