Wayne - owner submitted proposal <br />to replace porch floor with different <br />materials. <br />618 Leland - owner submitted proposal to <br />change roofing material from cedar shake <br />to asphalt. Mrs. Choitz motioned for <br />approval of the minutes as corrected, <br />Mr. Welsheimer seconded; motion approved. <br />B. Treasurer's Report - April 1991 <br />Mr. Newburn motioned for approval, <br />Mr. Welsheimer seconded; motion approved. <br />C. Correspondence <br />Mrs. Dixon submitted correspondence for <br />review by the Commission. <br />�i— D. Committee Reports <br />1. Certificate of Appropriateness <br />a. 1313 E. Wayne - LHD <br />Mr. Pastor reported he spoke <br />with the developer, Mr. Hawper, <br />who proposed to build a one- <br />story addition at the rear of <br />the structure. Mr. Pastor feels <br />that upon reading the standards, <br />the plans as submitted were not <br />appropriate. The porch wing <br />should remain unaffected and unaltered <br />by the addition. The rear porch <br />trellis should be incorporated. The <br />developer should design an addition <br />that would retain as much of the <br />/1 ori i $1 Structure as possible. The <br />tabled until new site <br />plans could be submitted. Mrs. <br />Sporleder and Mr. Eide will assist. <br />
