Certificates of Appropriateness <br />Mr. Pastor reported that the contractor for <br />the December C. of A.(1077 Riverside Dr.) has <br />run into difficulties and may need to change <br />the C. of A. Specifically, the palladian <br />window which was approved does not meet the <br />size requirements of the building codes. A <br />larger window which meets code does not meet <br />the approval of either the owners or the <br />requirements of the C. of A. Mr. Herendeen <br />suggested that the policy be similar to that <br />stated on the C. of A. earlier in the <br />meeting, (that the staff work out the <br />details, with the help of the C. of A. <br />
