SSP <br />Properties enclosed a check for $15,000 <br />as the performance grantee. <br />Mrs. Kolata opended the second bid and <br />noted that it was for all three portions of <br />the property (Parcels A, B and C) in the <br />amount of $5,000. The performance <br />grantee of $500.00 was enclosed. The <br />applicant is BCP Partnership from <br />Mishawaka, Indiana. The partnership <br />has been formed for this project but has <br />no financial statement at this time. BCP <br />Partnership proposes to renovate the <br />existing structure and parking lot. The <br />parking lot will be cleaned up, repaired, <br />and re- surfaced where necessary. Curb <br />cuts on Michigan Street will be <br />improved and accented with trees in a <br />small grassy area. Existing lighting will <br />be repaired, clean up of the parking area <br />and exterior of the building will be of <br />high priority. The building will be <br />completely renovated for light <br />manufacturing, office commercial and <br />service commercial. BCP Partnership <br />enclosed renderings of the exterior <br />renovation proposals. BCP Partnership <br />plans on a high quality exterior <br />rehabilitation on all sides of the building, <br />along with keeping as much of the <br />integrity of the building as possible. <br />BCP Partnership enclosed drawings that <br />show the interior of the building. They <br />currently have a light manufacturing <br />business that will occupy the rear 13,000 <br />IL -8- <br />
