SSP Properties proposes to
construct a 15,000 sf., all brick or brick
and stone trim, single -story building
mainly for ADA requirements. The
lessor will be the General Services
Administration who will lease the site for
South Bend Social Security
Administration Offices. SSP Properties
is in preliminary negotiations with
another government agency for a 12,000
to 14,000 sf masonry building on the
same site.
