The <br />current owner proposes to complete this <br />repair and to replace front and back steps <br />with concrete (in-kind) in the same design <br />as existing, and to repair the driveway <br />in-kind. Mrs. Sporleder moved to approve <br />the request; Mrs. Choitz seconded; Motion <br />approved. <br />IV. Regular Business <br />A. Minutes - May 21, 1990 <br />Mrs. Choitz moved to approve the minutes as <br />submitted; Mrs. Petrass seconded; Motion <br />approved. <br />B. Treasurer's Report - May 1990 <br />Mrs. Petrass moved to approve the treasurer's <br />report; Mrs. Sporleder seconded; motion approved. <br />C. Correspondence <br />Mrs. Dixon submitted the correspondence for <br />review by the Commission. <br />D. Committee Reports <br />1. Certificates of Appropriateness (Reports) <br />Mrs. Dixon reported that Mr. Barncord had <br />looked at the trees on the treelawn of 1120 <br />E. Jefferson and reported that, while one <br />is obviously dead, the other does not seem <br />to be diseased. Mrs. Dixon issued a <br />Certificate of Appropriateness for the dead <br />tree. Mrs. Freidline (owner) stated that <br />she would not replant. Mrs. Petrass <br />reminded the commission that the guidelines <br />require replanting. Mr. Oxian requested <br />that a letter be sent stating that she must <br />replace any removed trees. <br />412. Budget & Finance <br />Mrs. Dixon reported that the commission had <br />received a letter of approval from the <br />state and federal governments to purchase a <br />new computer and printer and that both were <br />currently on order. <br />
