They then arrived at the following conclusions: Part I: Mr. Eide moved to accept the Palladian window on the south facade as per the drawing submitted at the meeting. Mr. Herendeen seconded. Motion approved. Part II: Mrs. Choitz moved to accept an 18" quarter -round window on either side of the chimney (at a higher point than the original) and a small 18x18" square window directly below each quarter - round. Mr. Herendeen seconded. Amendment I: Mr. Herendeen moved that the motion be amended to state that the quarter -round be divided into two panes while the lower, square sash be undivided. Mr. Newburn seconded. Amendment II: Mr. Eide moved that the motion be further amended to state that the quarter -rounds have either true divided lights or applied exterior muntins. Mr. Herendeen seconded. The Commission voted on Part II, as amended. Motion(s) approved. IV. Regular Business A. Minutes - November 19,1990 Mr. Oxian requested that the first paragraph of page 7 be changed to read Common Council and County Council, rather than simply the Council for the two different references made in that paragraph (see amended minutes for further explanation). The minutes were approved as amended. B. Treasurers Report - November, 1990 • The Commission approved the treasurer's report as submitted. C. Correspondence Mrs. Dixon submitted the correspondence for review by the Commission.
