• <br />MINUTES <br />Third Floor Conference Room <br />7:30 p.m. --Regular Monthly Meeting <br />December 17, 1990 <br />County/City Building <br />I. Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:32 p.m. <br />II. Roll Call <br />Members Present: Mr. John Oxian, Mrs. Janeanne Petrass, <br />Mr. Herb Herendeen, Mrs. Martha Choitz, Mr. Odell <br />Newburn., Mr. Jed Eide, Mrs. Jean Dennen, Mrs. Lori Dixon <br />- Director, Mr. James Pastor - Survey Manager, Ms. <br />Aladean DeRose - City Attorney. <br />Members Absent: Mrs. Joann Sporleder. <br />Others Present: Mr. Boyer, Peacock Group, Brendan <br />Crumlish - Studio B Architects, Mary Hendrickson, Dwight <br />King- property owners, Barbara Steele - Southhold <br />• Restorations. <br />III. Public Hearing <br />A. Photographic Processing Bids <br />Mrs. Dixon opened all bids received by the <br />Commission and verified that they met the <br />requirements of the solicitation. Mr. Oxian then <br />read the bids aloud. The staff was to make a <br />recommendation and to report to the Commission at a <br />later date. <br />B. Certificates of Appropriateness <br />1) 1077 Riverside Drive - RD <br />Mr. Pastor reported that the owners proposed to <br />raise the lunette window openings flanking the <br />chimney on the north side of the house (facing <br />Riverside Drive) at the attic story. Discard <br />original lunette sashes and replace with new, <br />similar sashes. Raise the attic story crescent <br />window opening on the south side of the house <br />(facing driveway off Golden Ave.) Discard original <br />crescent window sash and replace with new, similar <br />sash. Install 36" tall by 48" wide double -hung <br />sash underneath. Existing crescent window is 48" <br />• <br />in diameter and8" off attic story floor <br />Mr. David Boyer made a presentation of his drawings <br />and ideas for the home. He proposed that the <br />window on the south be a palladian-style window, <br />which would meet the code specifications for egress <br />
