• MINUTES Third Floor Conference Room 7:30 p.m. --Regular Monthly Meeting December 17, 1990 County/City Building I. Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 7:32 p.m. II. Roll Call Members Present: Mr. John Oxian, Mrs. Janeanne Petrass, Mr. Herb Herendeen, Mrs. Martha Choitz, Mr. Odell Newburn., Mr. Jed Eide, Mrs. Jean Dennen, Mrs. Lori Dixon - Director, Mr. James Pastor - Survey Manager, Ms. Aladean DeRose - City Attorney. Members Absent: Mrs. Joann Sporleder. Others Present: Mr. Boyer, Peacock Group, Brendan Crumlish - Studio B Architects, Mary Hendrickson, Dwight King- property owners, Barbara Steele - Southhold • Restorations. III. Public Hearing A. Photographic Processing Bids Mrs. Dixon opened all bids received by the Commission and verified that they met the requirements of the solicitation. Mr. Oxian then read the bids aloud. The staff was to make a recommendation and to report to the Commission at a later date. B. Certificates of Appropriateness 1) 1077 Riverside Drive - RD Mr. Pastor reported that the owners proposed to raise the lunette window openings flanking the chimney on the north side of the house (facing Riverside Drive) at the attic story. Discard original lunette sashes and replace with new, similar sashes. Raise the attic story crescent window opening on the south side of the house (facing driveway off Golden Ave.) Discard original crescent window sash and replace with new, similar sash. Install 36" tall by 48" wide double -hung sash underneath. Existing crescent window is 48" • in diameter and8" off attic story floor Mr. David Boyer made a presentation of his drawings and ideas for the home. He proposed that the window on the south be a palladian-style window, which would meet the code specifications for egress
