Mrs. Choitz seconded; motion passed. 9) 736 Bronson Ms. Kiemnec reported that the owner has not complied with the removal of the boards from the w}ndows as requested in a letter from the Commission dated December 17, 1985. Mr. Oxian moved to send another letter and to refer the matter to Code Enforcement. A time limit of 30 days would be given in which the owner could respond before referral to Code Enforcement. Protection of trees Mr. Oxian made a motion that the Commission send a letter to the Area Plan Commission stating to them that they should recommend to all developers and others if at all possible to save the trees on their property. Proposal from David Barncord, Landscape Architect Mr. Barncord outlined his proposal to provide landscape architect services for property owners in the local historic districts and local landmarks as per Appendix D.
