A brochure was prepared to explain landmark designation and <br />procedures. The following structures were designated as local <br />landmarks: <br />520, 504, 508 E. Ewing <br />16479 Brick Rd. - amended legal description <br />In June of 1985, the Riverside Drive Historic Preservation <br />District was designated. The district includes approximately 70 <br />residences facing Riverside Drive from Angela Blvd. to Lafayette <br />St. Liaison Committees for both the Riverside Drive and the <br />Lincolnway East Districts were elected, the standards booklet for <br />Llncolnway East was completed, and a dedication ceremony was held <br />for Lincolnway East. In September, the Commission was notified <br />. that its application for certification of the Lincoinway East <br />district was approved by the National Park Service. The <br />certification enables building owners to use the 25% Investment <br />Tax Credit. <br />r <br />t i .
