Mr. Oxian made a motion <br />garage, Mrs. Choitz seconded; <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported that a plain solid core door at 805 <br />Bronson had been replaced with a six panel door. Mr. Oxian <br />made a motion to accept the report; Mrs. Choitz seconded; <br />motion passed. <br />4) 619 Edgewater <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported that the fieldstone on the riverbank <br />project of Mr. Kevin Smith at 619 Edgewater is almost <br />completed. <br />5) Union Station <br />Mr. Tom Kenrick of Hurtt Kenrick and Associates, architects <br />for the Union Station project, , <br />presented final plans <br />• <br />drawings, and materials for the proposed restoration of the <br />building. He addressed the six items questioned by the <br />Certificate of Appropriateness Committee in November, 1984 <br />when it reviewed preliminary plans (see Appendix D). Mr. <br />Oxian made a motion to accept the plans as proposed provided <br />that any changes to the plans will be brought to the attention <br />of the Commission; Mrs. Choitz seconded; motion passed. <br />• <br />6) 1346 Lincolnway East <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported on a project at 1346 Lincolnway East <br />which was done without a Certificate of Appropriateness. She <br />was called on June 27, 1985 by the owners for a review of new <br />porch steps and balustrade. She set up an appointment for <br />July 1 but when she arrived the project was half completed. <br />Ms. Kiemnec told the owners to cease work and sent a letter on <br />July2 to that effect, however., the project was completed by <br />July 3rd. Mr. Oxian made A`Voaisapprove the steps and step <br />balustrades due to inappropriate scale and proportion and to <br />have them removed; Mrs. Choitz seconded; motion passed. <br />7) Reports <br />Mrs A DeLaruelle reported that a roof is being constructed at <br />722 �hout a Certificate of Appropriateness. <br />4 <br />
