Historic Landmarks <br />1) Facade Easement Update <br />Mr. Oxian reported that Mr. Nagy, the County Auditor, will be <br />presenting the facade easement program to the State Board. <br />Mr. Oxian indicated that the Commission's attorney, Mr. Kevin <br />Butler, had reviewed the proposal and suggested tnat since an <br />amendment to the original state statute had been passed that <br />our program might need to be done differently. Mr. Butler was <br />to contact Mr. Nagy about his interpretation of the statute. <br />2) Darden Bridge Meeting <br />Mrs. Sporleder reported on the meeting which was held July 10 <br />(see Appendix A). <br />3) 742 Sancome Report <br />• The Landmark Committee and Ms. Straw presented a landmark <br />recommendation report for Mr. Oxian's home at 742 Sancome (see <br />Appendix B). Mrs. DeLaruelle made a motion to accept the <br />report; Mrs. Petrass seconded; motion passed. <br />d. Legal <br />No Report <br />e. Public Relations & Community Education <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported that she is continuing to work on funding for <br />the Historic Districts and County Auto Tour Brochures. <br />f. Environmental Impact Statement <br />1) Certificate of Appropriateness Permit <br />Ms. Kiemnec distributed a Certificate of Appropriateness <br />Permit draft prepared by Mrs. Eugenia Schwartz, the Assistant <br />City Attorney (see Appendix Q.
