Committee Reports <br />Mrs. Choitz made a motion to rearrange the order of the agenda in order to <br />accommodate visitors; Mrs. Petrass seconded; motion passed. <br />a. Budget & Finance <br />Ms. Kiemnec distributed a budget sheet with the 1985 budget to <br />date and the proposed 1986 budget. Mr. Oxian made a motion to <br />approve the cit budget as proposed; Mrs. DeLaruelle seconded; <br />V motion passed. Mrs. Petrass made a motion to approve the county <br />budget as proposed; Mrs. DeLaruelle seconded; motion passed; Mrs. <br />Choitz voted nay. Mr. Oxian made a motion to approve the <br />Community Development budget as proposed; Mrs. DeLaruelle <br />seconded; motion passed. <br />b. Historic Districts <br />1) Riverside Drive Update <br />Mrs. Choitz reported that the Riverside Drive Historic <br />District residents will conduct a meeting on Wednesday, July <br />17 at 7:30 p.m. to discuss the Liaison Committee Election, <br />lighting, the riverbank, and several other issues. The <br />Commission discussed whether a Liaison Committee member must <br />be a resident and the procedures were read from the <br />Preservation Plan dealing with that issue, "The person <br />2 <br />
