Historic Landmarks <br />1) 920 W. Washington <br />Mr. Oxian presented a landmark committee report on 920 W. <br />Washington (see Appendix B). He indicated that he had the <br />consent form from the owner. <br />2) 1938 East Ewing <br />Mr. Oxian presented a landmark committee report on 1938 East <br />Ewing (see Appendix C). <br />d. Legal <br />Mr. Oxian again brought up the subject of facade easements (see <br />June, 1984 minutes). He will present a report for review by the <br />2 <br />
