The window <br />will be a double hung, wood frame and the door will be of <br />steel; a flush door to be painted the color of the siding. <br />2) 619 Edgewater Place <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported that she and Mrs. Sporleder had reviewed <br />and approved the final plans for the construction of a boat <br />launch by Mr. Kevin Smith. The revised plans included a <br />railing and a four foot setback from the street. Ms. Kiemnec <br />further approved the door to the kayak storage container which <br />will be constructed of sheet metal. <br />g.
