Environmental Impact Statement <br />1) 107 West North Shore Drive <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported that she had approved a Certificate of <br />Appropriateness for 107 West North Shore Drive for <br />replacement of three feet of soffit on the second floor porch <br />architrave which have been damaged by water. <br />2) 552 River Avenue <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported that she had approved a Certificate of <br />Appropriateness for 552 River Avenue to replace 10 second <br />• floor and 2 main floor storm windows with Fiberlux vinyl <br />double hung storms of the same configuration. <br />3) 619 Edgewater Place <br />Mr. Kevin Smith and his architect Mr. Tom Kenrick presented <br />plans for a boat launch on the property along the river in <br />front of his house. The Commission reviewed the project in <br />May of 1982 and did not approve the project because of a <br />confusion as to ownership. The Commission told Mr. Smith at <br />the 1982 review, however, that it did not object to the <br />aesthetics of the proposal. Mr. Smith was asked to bring in <br />his plans for the project because they included some <br />variations from the original. Mr. Oxian made a motion to <br />approve the project pending compliance with all other state <br />and local laws and pending final approval by Ms. Kiemnec and <br />Mrs. Sporleder with the handrail which will be required by <br />the Building Department; Mrs. Choitz seconded; motion passed; <br />Mrs. DeLaruelle voted nay. <br />g.
