• <br />• <br />• <br />b. Evaluation Forms <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported that the Personnel Committee will meet with <br />staff members in December for an employee evaluation. She <br />Indicated that Mrs. Sporleder requested that any commissioners <br />who want to make comments give those comments to a member of the <br />Personnel Committee. <br />c. Statue of Liberty <br />Ms. Straw reported that a St. Anthony's class is working with the <br />County Commissioners and Southhold Restorations to restore the <br />small Statue of Liberty in front of the St. Joseph County <br />Courthouse. The Commission recommended that we send a letter to <br />the class commending their action and also write a letter to the <br />editor indicating our support and approval of their project. <br />d. 519 North Michigan <br />Mr. Oxian reported that South Bend Heritage is working to move <br />and save the house located at 519 North Michigan. He suggested <br />that the Commission offer its help and support for the project <br />and report back at the December meeting. <br />e. December Meeting Date <br />Mr. Hayes made a motion <br />December 17 to December <br />motion passed. <br />9. Hearing of Visitors <br />No Report <br />to change the December meeting date from <br />10, 1984; Mrs. DeLaruelle seconded; <br />10.
