Washington <br />South Bend, IN 46601 <br />Dear Jeff: <br />The Historic Preservation Commission's Certificate of Appropriateness Committee met <br />today with Kevin Smith to review his plans for Union Station, a local historic landmark. <br />At this point, the Committee is in agreement with Mr. Smith's preliminary plans as <br />presented. Before approval can be given, however, the Committee will need more <br />detailed information on the following: <br />kinds of doors and windows <br />material to be used on the roof <br />a drawing of the greenhouse windows proposed for each wing <br />a drawing of the enclosure on the south wall <br />the lighting fixtures to be used in the parking lot <br />type of signage to be used <br />If you have any questions concerning this matter, please call. <br />Sincerely, <br />Karen L.
