Historic Districts <br />1) Riverside Drive Historic District <br />Mrs. Choitz reported that the Riverside Drive Historic <br />District Steering Committee continues to -meet weekly. They <br />have almost completed a draft of their standards. <br />c. Historic Landmarks <br />1) Recording of Landmarks <br />Mr. Oxian reported that Mr. Kevin Butler, the Commission's <br />Attorney, had drawn up a document to be used to record <br />designated landmarks In the Recorder's Office (see Appendix <br />A). He further reported that the cost will be approximately <br />$4 for the first page and $1 for every page thereafter. Mrs. <br />Choitz made a motion that Mr. Oxian proceed with the <br />recording project and attempt to find funding for it if the <br />costs are as he indicated; Mr. Newburn seconded; motion <br />carried. <br />2. <br />
