Public Relations & Community Education <br />1) County Maps <br />Mr. Oxian reported that Southhold Restoration's Board should know by <br />February whether the business they contacted will fund a reprinting of <br />the County Auto Tour Maps. <br />f. Environmental Impact Statement <br />1) 68437 Pine Road <br />Mrs. Jamie VandenBossche, who is interested in purchasing the landmark house <br />at 68437 Pine Road, reported that on going through the building, she found it <br />to be sadly neglected and in deteriorating condition. Ms. Kiemnec reported <br />that the Building Commissioner was made aware of the condition of the house. <br />He sent his inspectors out and they verified it, whereupon he sent the owner, <br />Mrs. Lilovich, a letter asking her to secure the building. Mr. Oxian made a <br />motion to send the owner a letter requesting her to secure the building to <br />to stop further deterioration; Mrs. Choitz seconded; motion passed. <br />2) Union Station <br />Mr. Wasielewski reported that he and Ms. Kiemnec attended a Code Enforcement <br />Public Hearing on Union Station which the owner did not attend. Ms. Barnard, <br />the Director of the Department, will keep trying to contact the owner and <br />inform the HPC of any further correspondence. <br />g. Staff Report <br />1) Small Town Survey <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported she is nearing completion of the Small Town Survey for <br />the February 1st deadline. Mrs. Sporleder, Mrs..Choitz and Mr. Oxian <br />volunteered to help proofread the survey. cards. She further reported that <br />
