Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. <br />2. Roll Call <br />ROOM 1123 COUNTY CITY BUILDING <br />south bend, indiana 46601 (219 284-9798) <br />Third Floor Conference Room <br />County City Building <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. John Oxian, Mrs. Gina DeLaruelle, Mrs. Martha Choitz <br />Mr. Ted Wasielewski, Mr. F. Jay Niratz, Mr. Charles Hayes <br />Mr. Odell Newburn, Mrs. Joann Sporleder <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Mrs. Janeanne Petrass <br />ALSO PRESENT: Karen_ Ki_emnec,-Preser_vation_P_Ianner-;-Jeanne-Derbeck-,-South <br />-- Bend Tribune, Mrs. Jamie VandenBossche .' <br />3. Approval of Minutes <br />Mr. Nimtz made a motion to accept the minutes of December 13, 1982. Mrs. DeLaruelle <br />seconded; motion carried. <br />4. Treasurer's Report <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported.that in order,to pay Ms. Fackelman for the last -week of De- <br />cember,six hours or $21.00 was taken out of the Small Town Survey account -which <br />was not shown on the December Treasurer's Report. Mr. Nimtz made a motion to <br />accept the report; Mrs. Choitz seconded; motion carried. <br />5. Correspondence <br />a. a Preservation Law Reporter for November <br />b. a Preservation Law Reporter Index of Cases <br />c. a December "Community Newsletter',' <br />d, an HLFI "Preservation Progress" newsletter for December <br />e. Preservation News for January, 1983 <br />a <br />f, a Practising Law Institute program brochure on/tax exempt financing and planning <br />seminar to be held in March and April <br />g. a letter from appraisor M. Richard Cohen, seeking information on facade easements <br />for a paper he is compiling <br />
