Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. <br />2. Approval of Minutes <br />Mr. Nimtz made a motion to accept the minutes of December 13, 1982. Mrs. DeLaruelle <br />seconded; motion carried. <br />4. Treasurer's Report <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported.that in order,to pay Ms. Fackelman for the last -week of De- <br />cember,six hours or $21.00 was taken out of the Small Town Survey account -which <br />was not shown on the December Treasurer's Report. Mr. Nimtz made a motion to <br />accept the report; Mrs. Choitz seconded; motion carried. <br />5. Correspondence <br />a. a Preservation Law Reporter for November <br />b. a Preservation Law Reporter Index of Cases <br />c. a December "Community Newsletter',' <br />d, an HLFI "Preservation Progress" newsletter for December <br />e. Preservation News for January, 1983 <br />a <br />f, a Practising Law Institute program brochure on/tax exempt financing and planning <br />seminar to be held in March and April <br />g. a letter from appraisor M. Richard Cohen, seeking information on facade easements <br />for a paper he is compiling <br />
