In addition to the <br />potential revenue, the advantages of <br />offering a golf academy are that it is <br />expected to bring people to the driving <br />range, bring people into the pro shop, and <br />bring people back to play the course. <br />These instructors are running the same type <br />of clinic at another North American Golf <br />course in St. Louis. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the golf academy <br />does not include any free rounds of golf. <br />After instruction, students pay to play the <br />course. <br />f. Commission approval requested for Loan <br />and Grant in connection with the <br />Affordable Loan Program for property <br />located at 2126 S. Arnold. (Steve Preiner) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the Loan to Steve <br />Preiner is in the amount of $5,800 at 0% <br />for 8 years with monthly payments of <br />$60.42. The grant is $5,615.50. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Loan and <br />Grant in connection with the Affordable <br />Loan Program for property located at 2126 <br />S.
