This Certificate of Waiver <br />forgives $1,213.90 as of February 1, 1996. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by <br />Mr. Hojnacki and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Certificate of <br />waiver in the amount of $1,213.90 as of <br />February 1, 1996 for property located at <br />1215 E.
