There were no objections and the <br />items were so entered. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that Substitute <br />Resolution No. 1423 adds six vacant lots to <br />the acquisition list of the Development <br />Plan. The lots are all located on the north <br />side of Broadway between Michigan and <br />Fellows. We hope to combine these lots <br />with others the city owns and make them <br />available for infill housing. Mrs. Kolata <br />noted that the only change between <br />Resolution No. 1423 and Substitute <br />Resolution No. 1423 is the date of the <br />Public Hearing and the date when the <br />resolution was approved. <br />Ms. Auburn opened the Public Hearing for <br />anyone who wished to speak. There was no <br />one who wished to speak concerning <br />Substitute Resolution No. 1423. Ms. <br />Auburn closed the Public Hearing for <br />whatever action the Commission wished to <br />take. <br />ffI <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1423 <br />
