Historic Districts <br />Ms. Kiemnec distributed and explained the Amendment to the Edgewater Place <br />Historic District Liaison Committee Election Procedures which provides for a <br />replacement in the event of a resignation (see Appendix A). Mr. Oxian made <br />a motion to accept the Amendment; Mrs. DeLaruelle seconded; motion passed. <br />c. Historic Landmarks <br />No report. <br />d. Legal <br />1 ) -,Commission, -Attorney-­y <br />M"r: Nimtz reported.that'he had spoken to Mr. Kevin Butler; the Commission's <br />attorney, concerning Mr. Butler's bill and that the matter will be taken <br />care of the first of the year. <br />e. Public Relations & Community Education <br />1) County Maps <br />Mr..Oxian reported that a board member of Southhold Restorations is looking <br />for funding for the printing of the County Maps and if there is a market <br />to: -sell them. <br />f. Environmental Impact Statement <br />1) Violation of Standards Notification <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported that Mr. Butler reviewed the Violation of Standards <br />Notification submitted by Mrs. Choitz at the November 15 meeting (see <br />Appendix B) and.that he finds no problems with it. <br />g. Staff Report <br />1) Small Town Survey <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported that except for some photographs of Notre Dame buildings, <br />the fieldwork is completed. She reminded the Commission that the deadline <br />for completion of the Small Town Survey is February 1, 1983 and that although <br />the book will not be completed, the survey cards should be. <br />h. Personnel Committee <br />1) Report on Personnel Committee Meeting <br />a.) Secretary's Contract <br />Mr. Wasielewski reported that Ms. Fackelman's contract expires December <br />31, 1982 and Ms. Kiemnec was requesting that it be renewed at 10 hours <br />per week at $3.50 per hour until April 30, 1983. Mr. Newburn so moved; <br />Mr. Nimtz seconded; motion carried. <br />
