Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. <br />2. Roll Call <br />ROOM 1123 COUNTY CITY BUILDING <br />south bend, indiana 46601 (219 284.9798) <br />Third Floor Conference Room <br />County City Building <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. John Oxian, Mrs. Gina DeLaruelle, Mrs. Martha Choitz <br />Mr. Ted Wasielewski, Mr. F. Jay Nimtz, Mr. Charles Hayes <br />Mr. Odell Newburn, Mrs. Janeanne Petrass <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Mrs. Joann Sporleder <br />ALSO PRESENT: Karen Kiemnec, Preservation Planner; Jeanne Derbeck, South <br />Bend Tribune <br />3. Approval of Minutes <br />Mrs. DeLaruelle asked that the mix-up with her name in the November 15,.1982 <br />minutes under #2 Roll Call, Members Present, be corrected to read Mrs. -Gina <br />DeLaruelle instead of Mrs. Gina Sporleder. Mr:.Okian.pointed out that his motion <br />to purchase the Preservation Law Reporter under #6 d Legal had not been recorded; <br />the motion had been seconded by Mr. Nimtz. Mr. Nimtz made a motion to accept the <br />minutes with the corrections; Mr. Newburn seconded; motion carried. <br />4. Treasurer's Report <br />Ms. Kiemnec reported that all Purchase Orders must be submitted by Friday, December <br />17, 1982 and that the remaining funds in the HPC account would be spent.
