Edgewater Place Historic District <br />a) Election Procedures - Mr. Oxian introduced Paul Crowley, <br />the President of the Edgewater Place Neighborhood Associa- <br />tion. Copies of the Election Procedures for the Historic <br />District Liaison Committee were distributed and Mr. Oxian <br />• explained the role of the Committee, that its members are <br />the "eyes and ears" of the Historic Preservation Commission. <br />He suggested that the Procedures be used for future historic <br />districts with whatever minor adjustments may be necessary. <br />Mrs. Price questioned what is meant by a "property owner", <br />one vote for each lot or one vote for each owner. <br />
