salary could be set finally at $12,600. It was moved by John Oxian. <br />Seconded by Joann Sporleder that John's salary be $12,600 passed <br />unanimously. Duke Newburn suggested that all budget matters be <br />discussed with Nagy before or with the County Commissioners. A <br />part time CETA typist student for at least 3 hours a day. <br />5. Correspondence: no report <br />6. Committee Reports: <br />A.City Survey - Ruth reported that she is working with John Stamper <br />on the maps and typing. <br />B.Historic Districts and Standards - John Oxian will set up a meeting <br />with Mrs. Delaurelle to work through the standards thatwerepresented. <br />to the commission for the Edgewater Place Historic District. The <br />West North Shore Historic District wants to apply for National <br />Register designation and they will do --the work. The city has put <br />out for bids for new lighting on West Washington Street. <br />C. Landmarks and Standards - The house at 66963 Cedar will come up <br />next month for landmark status. The forms for the Odd Fellows <br />Building landmark status were sent to Indianapolis November 15, 1979 <br />and a letter was sent to the State Preservation Officer and the Keeper <br />of the Register for determination of eligibility on the National <br />Re giste r. <br />D. Legal - F. Jay Nimtz introduced Gaylen Allsopwho is again going to be our <br />legal council. Galen presented 4 areas which he felt neededinnmediate <br />attention. 1 . nforcement of our ordinance 2. Problems of facade <br />
