Brooks <br />Brademus in regard of rennovation of the Odd Fellows Building. <br />H.Staff Report: John Stamper reported that Trudy has gone and he needs <br />help in the office, both a typist and research assistant. It was <br />suggested that county CETA might help. <br />8. New Business: Applications for CD grants must be in by December 14. <br />It was suggested that an application be made to secure help in administering <br />districts and making environmental reviews and $5,000 should cover that. <br />Another CD application could be made to help with the publication of the <br />city survey and history, including mapping, research, photography, and <br />writing. Ruth Price said that the advisory council could give us respon- <br />siblity to do the environmental impact statements for all historic structures <br />and we would need additional help to do that. John Oxian has talked <br />with Mullen about getting part time hlp or personal from CD. Ten <br />Wasielewski will call a special meeting after Thanksgiving to help John <br />
