South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - March 1, 1996 <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that the loan to Esther <br />McKillip is in the amount of $4,200.00 at <br />2 % interest with monthly payments of <br />$73.62. The Grant is in the amount of <br />$4,059.00. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Loan and <br />Grant for property located at 725 29th <br />Street. (Esther McKillip) <br />C. Commission approval requested for Loan <br />and Grant in connection with the <br />Affordable Loan Program for property <br />located at 915 N. Harrison. (Oliver <br />Peterdy) <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that the loan to Oliver <br />Peterdy is in the amount of $11,350.00 at <br />0% interest for 10 years with monthly <br />payments of $94.50. The grant is in the <br />amount of $11,128.70. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Mr. Hunt and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Loan and Grant <br />for property located at 915 N. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1419 approving the Fair <br />Reuse Value of Property in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this is the last parcel <br />in the Studebaker Corridor that we have <br />been acquiring and we would like to offer <br />the property for sale.
