South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - March 1, 1996 <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />a. Commission approval requested for an <br />Amendment to Contract for Sale of Land <br />with Omega Properties (Murdock <br />Construction). <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that this Amendment <br />to the Contract for Sale of Land brings the <br />dates for completion of the project up to <br />date. It provides for the vehicle <br />maintenance building to be completed by <br />June 1996 and other improvements to be <br />made by June 1996 and then defers until <br />1997 the building of the office building. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Amendment to <br />Contract for Sale of Land with Omega <br />Properties (Murdock Construction) <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Staff report on Disposition of Property in <br />the Airport Economic Development Area. <br />There was no report. <br />b. Commission approval requested for Loan <br />and Grant in connection with the <br />Affordable Loan Program for property <br />located at 725 29th Street.
