South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - March 1, 1996 <br />with Old Fort Building Supply soon on the <br />property. The property is located at the <br />Northeast comer of Lafayette and <br />Broadway. The parcel is 44,788 square feet <br />and the proposed use is light industrial. The <br />minimum offering price is $19,025. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by <br />Mr. Hojnacki and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 1419 <br />approving the Fair Reuse Value of Property <br />in the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that we also need to <br />authorize publishing the Notice of Intended <br />Sale of Property in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area with publication dates of <br />March 8 and March 15, 1996 and receipt of <br />bids at 10:00 a.m. on March 29, 1996. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by <br />Mr. Hojnacki and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission authorized publishing the <br />Notice of Intended Sale of Property in the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />e.
