Mr. Rinderle
then spoke about guidelines for a reference library. It was
suggested that he prepare a list of possible inclusions in
such a library. A discussion ensued as to reproduction rights
of the county survey forms.
Ms. Davisson stated that Brian Crumlish wants a copy of the
survey forms, and so does the Architectural Library who wants
copies of the superior homes. Ms. Davisson made a motion that
tuo copies of the survey forms be made for the Commission's —
files. 11r. Stivers seconded this motion and it passed unani-
mously.
Mr. Rinderle showed a copy of just what archives were held by
various institutions of the city.
