Noveriber 10, 1975 <br />Page 5 <br />A discussion of the value of the National Trust meetings, <br />which were attended by Mr. Jack Smith and Mr. John Oxian, <br />fol I owed. <br />Annual Report <br />Mr. Stivers mentioned that he wanted more information on what <br />would be included in the copy for the 1975 Annual Report. —He <br />was told there were several examples of annual reports pre- <br />pared by other Commissions in the office and 1,1r. Stivers said <br />he would avail himself of them. A discussion followed on <br />various ideas for the report. <br />Plaques <br />Mr. Stivers showed examples of plaques which he considered <br />suitable in the catalogs which had been submitted to him. <br />It was suggested that the Consultant write the firms request- <br />ing price lists. <br />8. New Business <br />President Smith spoke on the possibility of setting up a tour <br />of Heritage Hill in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He suggested that <br />the Consultant write requesting information of.an "Open House". <br />He said plans should be made now and that a date should be set <br />up and council members should be contacted. <br />9. Hearing of Visitors <br />There were no visitors present at this meeting. <br />10. Announcements and 11iscellaneous Matters <br />There were no announcements at this time. <br />11. Adjournment <br />Mr. Nimtz made a motion that the meeting be adjourned. Ms. <br />Davisson seconded this motion and it passed unanimously.
