NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />a. continued.. <br />Ms. Auburn asked if there was any <br />objection to entering these items into <br />the record. There was no objection <br />and the items were entered into the <br />record. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that <br />Resolution No. 1399 makes one <br />addition to the acquisition list in the <br />West Washington - Chapin <br />Development Area by adding the <br />property at 505 West Washington to <br />the acquisition list. This is the <br />property that the City of South Bend <br />currently owns. It had a building on <br />the property that has been <br />demolished. It is our intention to <br />acquire the property and put it up for <br />disposition. <br />Ms. Auburn opened the Public <br />Hearing for anyone who wished to <br />speak. There was no one who <br />wished to speak. Ms. Auburn closed <br />the Public Hearing for whatever <br />action the Commission wished to <br />take. <br />b.
